Fees are payable weekly/monthly in advance. Payment is due on either the Monday of each week, or the first of each month, via standing order. Please note a charge of £5 is made to parents who wish to pay by cash, we do not accept cheques.
Special arrangement for teachers and shift pattern workers.
To secure a place, a deposit of one week's fees or a minimum of £50 is required along with the completed registration form and contract. The deposit will be deducted from your final fees at Nursery, providing a months notice is given.
• Arrears will result in the child's place being terminated.
• Four weeks notice in writing or payment in lieu must be given if you should decide to cancel your child's place, or to alter your child's sessions.
• Busy Bees, Care4, Accor and Kiddievouchers are currently accepted at Child's Play, if you would like more information on these or any other voucher scheme, please see Lynda or Sam.
• Fees include all meals and drinks given during the session times and baby food.
Nappies, cream or wipes are not included in the fees, please clearly name all these items and they will be stored in a basket with your child's name on, please check the basket regularly for stocks.
It has been brought to our attention that parents who are on maternity leave can still claim Tax Credits towards their nursery fees for the first nine months.
